Are all Seralucci bags made in Italy?

Yes. Every Seralucci piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and carefully selected luxury materials.

Why is every Seralucci bag unique?

Many Seralucci pieces are created using reclaimed and specialty luxury leathers sourced in Italy. Variations in grain, texture, color, and finish are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?

Because each bag is handcrafted and many are produced using one-of-a-kind materials, slight variations in leather grain, texture, tone, and finish may occur. These natural variations are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship and are part of the beauty of owning a Seralucci piece.

What types of leather do you use?

Seralucci pieces are handcrafted using carefully selected luxury leathers, including reclaimed and specialty leathers. Certain styles may incorporate suede, metallic, patent, embossed, or other distinctive finishes.

What does "intentionally limited" mean?

Seralucci pieces are produced in small quantities to celebrate craftsmanship, individuality, and thoughtful design. Most pieces are one of a kind and may never be reproduced.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes. Seralucci is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Seralucci currently ships within the United States and to select international destinations. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in a Seralucci piece, please contact us at ciao@seralucci.com and we will be pleased to explore available shipping options.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you may follow your shipment.

Is signature confirmation required?

Orders are shipped fully insured and include tracking information. Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders at Seralucci's discretion.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because many Seralucci pieces are produced in extremely limited quantities, we begin processing orders quickly. Please contact us at ciao@seralucci.com as soon as possible if you need assistance. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition with all original packaging and accompanying materials.

Do you offer exchanges?

Because many Seralucci pieces are one of a kind or produced in limited quantities, exchanges are generally unavailable. We invite you to explore our current collection should you wish to select another piece.

What items are final sale?

Gift cards, personalized items, and merchandise marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at ciao@seralucci.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. Our Customer Care team will review your inquiry promptly.

Care

How should I care for my Seralucci bag?

Store your bag in the provided dust bag when not in use and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Please visit our Care Guide for complete recommendations.

Can I clean my bag at home?

We recommend gently wiping your bag with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Because many Seralucci pieces incorporate specialty and reclaimed leathers, we recommend consulting a qualified leather care specialist for cleaning or restoration.

Is it normal for the leather to change over time?

Yes. Authentic leather naturally evolves with use. Gentle softening, subtle patina development, and natural variations are part of the character and beauty of handcrafted leather goods.
