At Seralucci, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Italy and produced in intentionally limited quantities. Thoughtful service is an essential part of the luxury experience, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with Seralucci is exceptional from beginning to end.

Shipping

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Seralucci is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during collection launches, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

International shipping is available to select destinations. Please reach out to us directly if shipping outside the US. Shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local customs authorities.


 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment.

Because many Seralucci pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are generally unavailable. We invite you to explore our current collection should you wish to select another piece.

 


 

Natural Variations

Each Seralucci piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by Italian artisans using reclaimed and specialty leathers.

Subtle variations in leather grain, tone, texture, stitching, and finish are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

These variations are not considered defects.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from wear, scratches, stains, odors, or alterations

  • Returned with all original packaging and contents, including:

    • Dust bag

    • Presentation box

    • Tissue paper and protective inserts

    • Tags and authenticity materials

Returns that do not meet these requirements, or that show signs of wear, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For your convenience, Seralucci may provide a prepaid return shipping label. If provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We strongly recommend using the original packaging to ensure your piece travels safely back to us.

 


 

Final Sale

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked Final Sale

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ciao@seralucci.com and include photographs of the item and packaging.

These inquiries are prioritized and reviewed within 24–48 business hours.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
